About us...

We - are a nice Jakobus-enthusiastic community of women and men from the Kinzigtal (Kinzig valley) and Schutterwald - from different professions - from the "webmaster" to the pensioner.

We - all of us - have only ONE goal: to support and help those people who are on their way to Santiago de Compostella or on the “Kinzigtäler Jakobsweg” in the spirit of pilgrimage.

We - design information boards, place them at important places and make sure that the pilgrim path is well signposted.

We – are engaged as path sponsors to make sure that the pilgrims reach their destinations well without any incidents.

We - are responsible for the “Kinzigtäler Jakobusweg” and the section “Schutterwald-Rust” of the “Badischer Jakobusweg”, which was inaugurated in 2007. Also we care for the access to the “Alsatian Jaokubsweg” (via Kehl).

We - are able to provide accommodation for tired pilgrims in Schutterwald thanks to private support.
